I also offer pre- and post-ritual counseling, psychedelic integration, and support before and during the process of dying.

My life's work brings together over 35 years of experience in helping people to live in their strengths and reclaim their wholeness. I provide counseling and therapy as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Pathwork Helper and Healing Touch Practitioner. I also provide supervision for therapists in training.

I honor the natural processes within to support personal resilience. I work gently to address trauma. I am trained in EMDR, leveraging somatic resilience through Organic Intelligence, and varied forms of cognitive behavioral therapy.
