Information about how group sessions work:

Groups can take place in

  • Workshop formats (day long or half-day)
  • Weekly or bi-weekly commitments for a series of weeks.

Group therapy is a process of learning and growing with others in a safe and supportive environment.

Relationship is a core aspect of life. Relationship difficulties can impact mood, feelings and behaviors. In group therapy, you can discover tools to support relationship with self and with others.

Research shows that group therapy is as effective as any type of individual therapy.

Group therapy also doesn’t force you to reveal intimate aspect of yourself; it encourages you to share what you are feeling in the moment. Everyone has something to offer.

The group sessions offered by Linda differ from a social group because the intention is that a therapy group to be a place to foster the development of intimate and long term relationships.
